We met in a field at Latitude Festival back in 2010 and the rest as they say is history. Here is a snapshot of our journey from creating crazy pop-up events to changing fried chicken for the good.

1. ROCK LOBSTA
Our first! We decorated our mate’s shop in Shoreditch with punk memorabilia, pumped out 80’s tunes and fed the crowds with fresh lobster rolls.

2. GOD SAVE THE CLAM
Thousands of happy people bopping away on a rooftop in Hackney to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee weekend in collaboration with our mate’s at Pitt Cue. A sustainable British clam bake party like no other!
3. THE ENGLISH LAUNDERETTE
When 3* chef Thomas Keller’s French Laundry rolled into town, we celebrated our own golden era of launderettes!
Carl’s whimsical take on a retro British menu complete with Dot Cotton lookalike waitresses and a wacky dessert trolley.

4. DISCO BISTRO
Kicking off with a legendary quiz night with Howard Marks (AKA Mr Nice) it was this pop-up in a tiny room above a pub in St.Paul’s where our now famous fried chicken sandwiches & Disco Wings were born!

5. CHIK’N SOURS
Whizzing about on the back of David’s scooter in 2015 we had a dream of openning up our own little restaurant serving our next level fried chicken and sour cocktails. From day one in Haggerston the crowds gathered & it’s still going strong today.

6. NEXT LEVEL FRIED CHICKEN
The good folk of LDN are crying out for somewhere serving quick, tasty fried chicken with house-made dips, hand-made buns, cold beers & good vibes. It was our duty to oblige… we hope you enjoy!
