Prize draw terms and conditions below

  1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
  2. To enter, you must sign up to the Chicken Shop Rewards app with a valid email address and be verified as a student in restaurants by a team member (student ID required) and make a purchase of minimum £6. By completing these steps you will be automatically entered into a weekly prize draw. 
  3. The prize is 4 x Chicken Shop meal which can be redeemed once per week for 4 consecutive weeks. 
  4. A meal consists of 1 x burger of your choice, 1 x regular fries and 1 x refillable soft drink (or reasonable substitutes of approximately equivalent value if we are unable to provide that item for a reason outside of our control). Alcoholic drinks are not included.
  5. There are 6 prizes to be won each week during the promotional period 19/09/23 – 22/10/23. Winners will be drawn in 4 separate prize draws with entry closing dates and prize draws to take place as follows: 
    1. Prize draw 1: Enter between 19/09/23 – 24/09/23. Prize draw takes place 25/09/23.
    2. Prize draw 2: Enter between 26/09/23 – 01/10/23. Prize draw takes place 02/10/23.
    3. Prize draw 3: Enter between 03/10/23 – 08/10/23. Prize draw takes place 09/10/23.
    4. Prize draw 4: Enter between 10/10/23 – 15/10/23. Prize draw takes place 16/10/23.
  6. Entries must be received by 11:00 GMT on the closing dates shown. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
  7. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
  8. The winners will be drawn at random, and the first entries drawn will be the winners.
  9. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any further expenses.
  10. Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right
    (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and
    (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of the closing date of each prize draw. The winner must claim their prize within 10 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
  12. To obtain details of the winner please email hello@chickenshop.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading within 2 weeks after the closing date of each prize draw.
  13. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
  14. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
  15. Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
  16. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  18. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
